My experience started with monitoring the FedEx delivery which after a month appeared to be stuck in their facility. One email to customer service to check on status and they kicked in with a new delivery received in days. Great kudos to their customer service level. I wish all would take note. All I can say is it was worth the wait as I have owned 4 different milk pitchers over the years for my Rocket Giotto and this Vortex is amazing. The pitcher swirls as soon as it touches the milk and the container's fit and finish looks fantastic. Impressed with the company and the product exceeded my expectations.
