Shipping Rates and Methods

Orders over $85 USD qualify for free standard shipping to eligible destinations.

For orders below $85 USD, shipping rates and available methods are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

At checkout, customers may also choose an express FedEx shipping option, available at an additional cost, which can deliver orders in as little as 36 hours, depending on the destination.

Hand-Finished Products (Vortex Pitcher)

The Vortex pitcher is hand-painted as part of its manufacturing process. As a result, minor cosmetic variations in paint finish may occur. These variations are normal, do not affect performance, and are not considered defects.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within two business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local carrier performance. All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
