Shipping Rates and Methods

We offer flat-rate shipping at $11.99 USD to most countries in North America, Asia, Europe, and select additional regions.

At checkout, customers may also choose an express FedEx shipping option, available at an additional cost, which can deliver orders in as little as 36 hours, depending on destination.

Shipping rates and available methods are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.



Hand-Finished Products (Vortex Pitcher)

The Vortex pitcher is hand-painted as part of its manufacturing process. As a result, minor cosmetic variations in paint finish may occur. These variations are normal, do not affect performance, and are not considered defects.


Order Processing and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within two business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, shipping method, customs processing, and local carrier performance. All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once an order ships, tracking information is provided via email.


Order Consolidation

If multiple orders placed by the same customer are eligible to ship together, we may consolidate them into a single shipment.

Consolidation may be required to comply with customs regulations or to ensure faster and more reliable delivery. Consolidation does not affect the contents, pricing, or eligibility of the individual orders.


Shipping Method Adjustments

In some cases, we may upgrade the shipping method to a faster or more reliable service at no additional cost to the customer, if doing so improves delivery speed or customs clearance.

We will never downgrade a shipment to a slower or lower-quality service than the one selected at checkout.


Customs, Taxes, and Import Requirements

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges are not included in the shipping price and are determined by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Monitoring shipment tracking

  • Providing any required information (such as tax ID numbers) to customs or carriers when requested

  • Completing local customs clearance procedures in a timely manner

Failure to pay applicable customs charges or provide required information may result in delays, returns, or abandonment of the shipment.

Refusal or failure to complete customs clearance voids eligibility for a refund, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.


Delivery Issues and Carrier Delays

Delays caused by customs authorities, local postal services, or incorrect or incomplete customer information are outside of our control and do not constitute a shipping failure.

If a shipment is returned due to customs non-compliance or lack of recipient response, reshipment or refund eligibility will be handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
