What is included?
Choose one EVO or Vortex pitcher for $69.99, or the $119 system with an EVO 2.0 pitcher (480ml), a Vortex With Handle pitcher (500ml), towel, puck screen and etching pen. The accessories are included only with the system.
Can I choose the EVO finish?
Yes. Choose Multicolor or Mirror Black. The Vortex and all starter-kit accessories are included with either finish.
Where is system shipping included?
The $119 Complete System includes worldwide shipping to the destinations we serve. For U.S. system orders, taxes and duties are also included. A standalone pitcher is $69.99 plus the destination’s shipping rate: $9.99 to the U.S., EU and GB; $14.99 to Australia. Free standard shipping applies worldwide to the destinations we serve when the merchandise subtotal after discounts is $80 USD or more, before taxes and shipping. Below $80, available destination rates are shown at checkout.
How are UK and other destination taxes handled?
Included shipping covers the shipping charge. For UK and other destinations outside the U.S. and EU, local taxes, duties or carrier charges may apply under destination rules. Review any taxes shown at checkout; import charges may still be assessed on arrival. See our shipping policy for destination details, including U.S. and EU treatment.
How is EU VAT handled?
The Complete System includes shipping to the EU. VAT is shown at checkout where collected. For EU orders over €150, VAT may be collected by customs or the carrier. See our shipping policy for destination details.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and service. Current estimates are 2–5 business days for FedEx Express and 7–14 days for standard shipping.
What happens if I do not like the products?
Use your pitcher(s) for at least 21 days, then contact us within 45 days of delivery. Eligible satisfaction returns receive free return shipping and a full refund. A bundle satisfaction return requires the entire bundle, including both pitchers and all accessories. No partial bundle satisfaction returns.
Defective products do not need to wait 21 days. A defective individual pitcher can be replaced without returning the whole bundle. A defective accessory can be replaced or refunded individually. Full return policy.
