Return Policy

Barista Swag Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase and fully satisfied with our products. Please review the return conditions below, which vary by product type and return reason.


Barista Swag Pitchers (EVO 2.0, Vortex, Ultra Sharp 2.0, Controller)

Barista Swag pitchers are eligible for a satisfaction-based return within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to a minimum usage period of 21 days.

This minimum period exists to ensure the product is given adequate time to be properly evaluated as a professional training tool.

After 21 days of use, you may request a return even if the pitcher has been used. In such cases, return shipping is provided at no cost.

Hand-Finished Products (Vortex Pitcher)

The Vortex pitcher is hand-painted as part of its manufacturing process. As a result, minor cosmetic variations in paint finish may occur. These variations are normal, do not affect performance, and are not considered defects.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receipt and before use.

Photo or video documentation showing the issue at the time of opening the package is required.

Approved defective or damaged items are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


All Other Products

For products other than pitchers, returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the items are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Properly protected for return shipment

Return shipping for these items is the responsibility of the customer and is not refundable.

Once received and inspected, a full refund for the product price will be issued.


Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Customs duties, VAT, and import fees are determined by local authorities and carriers and are not collected by Barista Swag.

Refusal to pay applicable customs charges may void eligibility for a refund, in accordance with this policy.
