Can I choose two of the same pitcher?
Yes. You can choose the same model or the same exact variant twice, as long as at least two units are available.
Can I choose different finishes and sizes?
Yes. The builder shows every currently eligible finish, size and handle configuration that is available for sale.
Is the Starter Kit really included?
Yes. One Starter Kit is locked into every builder bundle at no charge. It contains one MHW-3 towel, one 58.5mm puck screen and one wooden etching pen.
Which two pitchers should I choose?
For the most complete setup, choose Vortex for milk texture and EVO 2.0 for pouring control. Choose Ultra Sharp 2.0 when fine line work and detailed pouring are your priority.
What happens if an option is sold out?
Sold-out variants are disabled and marked unavailable. We never substitute another variant without your choice.
How is my bundle price calculated?
Shopify applies the store’s current automatic pitcher discount in the cart and checkout. Combinations containing EVO or Vortex total $119. Two Ultra Sharp 2.0 pitchers total $89.
How does shipping work?
Worldwide standard shipping is included. Current estimates are 2–5 business days for FedEx Express and 7–14 business days for standard shipping.
How are taxes and duties handled?
For US orders, applicable shipping, taxes, customs and duties are included. For EU orders, shipping is included and VAT is calculated at the destination-country rate and collected at checkout.
