Barista Swag Spin-to-Win Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Barista Swag Spin-to-Win promotion. By participating, you agree to the terms below.

1. Promotion Overview

The Spin-to-Win promotion gives visitors the opportunity to unlock a promotional reward after submitting a valid email address through the wheel form.

Rewards may include free accessories, promotional discounts, shipping-related offers, or other limited promotional benefits selected by Barista Swag.

2. Eligibility

This promotion is intended for individual customers only.

Only one spin is permitted per person, per email address, and per browser session unless otherwise allowed by Barista Swag.

Barista Swag reserves the right to restrict, reject, or cancel participation where duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or abusive activity is suspected.

3. Reward Availability

All rewards are subject to availability.

If a specific reward becomes unavailable, Barista Swag may substitute it with a reward of equal or greater value, or cancel that specific reward at its discretion.

Rewards are promotional in nature and are not guaranteed until the qualifying order is successfully placed and accepted.

4. How Rewards Work

Rewards unlocked through the wheel are promotional offers and may require a qualifying purchase in order to be redeemed.

For free accessory rewards, the customer must add an eligible pitcher to the order and add the relevant reward item to cart. If all qualifying conditions are met, the reward will be applied automatically at checkout or in cart.

Free items cannot be redeemed without a qualifying purchase.

Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds, or alternative products unless explicitly approved by Barista Swag.

5. Qualifying Purchase Requirement

Some rewards are valid only when purchased together with an eligible Barista Swag milk pitcher.

Barista Swag reserves the right to define which products qualify for reward redemption and to modify qualifying product groups at any time.

6. Coupon and Discount Rules

If a reward is delivered through a coupon or auto-applied discount, that reward is subject to the limitations of the relevant promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• only one promotional reward may be redeemed per order;
• rewards cannot be combined with other order or product discount codes;
• shipping promotions may be subject to separate qualification rules;
• rewards apply only to eligible products and eligible carts.

7. Reward Redemption Window

Rewards may be available only for a limited time after the spin.

If a reward is not redeemed within the active redemption window, Barista Swag may void the reward without notice.

8. Free Shipping and Shipping Promotions

Shipping-related rewards, including free or upgraded shipping offers, are subject to destination, carrier availability, cart eligibility, and the active shipping rules on the site at the time of purchase.

Barista Swag may limit shipping-related rewards to specific countries, order values, product combinations, or cart conditions.

Any shipping timelines shown are estimates and not guarantees.

9. Import Duties and Taxes

Customers remain responsible for any local import duties, taxes, courier handling fees, or similar charges that may apply in their destination country unless explicitly stated otherwise on the site.

10. Abuse, Misuse, and Order Review

Barista Swag reserves the right to cancel rewards, discounts, or orders if it believes the promotion has been used in a way that violates the intent of the offer.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• multiple spins using duplicate or misleading email addresses;
• attempts to redeem rewards without a qualifying purchase;
• manipulation of the wheel, coupon system, cart, or checkout flow;
• resale-oriented or commercial abuse of the promotion.

11. Order Acceptance

All orders remain subject to review and acceptance by Barista Swag.

Unlocking a reward does not guarantee final order acceptance if stock, payment authorization, fraud screening, technical issues, or other order-related problems arise.

12. Changes or Termination

Barista Swag may modify, suspend, replace, or terminate the Spin-to-Win promotion, any reward, or any related condition at any time without prior notice.

13. Limitation of Liability

Barista Swag is not responsible for technical issues, delayed reward activation, internet or browser problems, third-party platform failures, or any other issue outside its reasonable control that may affect participation or redemption.
