Can I choose the EVO finish?
Yes. Choose Mirror Multicolor or Mirror Black before adding EVO to
your cart. You will then choose your second eligible pitcher.
How does US final-price delivery work?
For US orders, $119 is the final price. Shipping, applicable taxes,
customs, and duties are included.
How is EU VAT handled?
Worldwide shipping is included. For EU orders, VAT is calculated at
the applicable destination-country rate and collected at checkout.
Eligible orders are processed through the EU Import One-Stop Shop
(IOSS).
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the destination and service. Your exact
delivery estimate appears in the cart and checkout.
What happens if I do not like the products?
Use the system for at least 21 days. If it is not right for you,
request your refund by day 45 after delivery. Return shipping is
covered, and the complete set must be returned.
Does the puck screen fit every machine?
No. The included screen is for 58mm-class espresso baskets. Check
your basket diameter before ordering if your machine uses a smaller
