I expected a powder coated, quality pitcher.
I got something that felt spray painted.. okay, fine.
But.. after using it about three or four times, the paint inside cracked. Like REALLY cracked. Within a couple days of that, it started to lift up, away from the metal.
I obv couldn’t use it. I wrote to Barista Swag, who told me it was a known problem, and they’d send me a new one. BUT- if it was a known problem, why did they sell it to me, to begin with?? I again had to wait for it to be shipped from Asia. New pitcher was fine- stainless, this time. But not worth the time and money spent. Disappointing, and VERY surprising, coming from Barista Swag.
